Profiling an inspirational London football charity and its founder
The Challenge
SportsFun4All, a charity dedicated to making sport accessible for every young person, wanted to raise their profile and share their story with a wider audience.
With Founder Kieran Connolly as the driving force behind the organisation, the challenge was to position him as a compelling spokesperson while securing meaningful media opportunities that would elevate the charity’s voice and mission.
The Approach
We partnered with SportsFun4All to build a clear, media-ready narrative, working closely with Kieran to develop a press release that told the charity’s story in an impactful way – highlighting their role in breaking down barriers to sport and the difference they are making in local communities.
We crafted tailored media pitches, targeting London and national journalists across sport, community, and charity sectors. By focusing on Kieran’s leadership and vision, we positioned him as a credible and inspiring voice to carry the message.
The Outcome
Interviews and Opinion pieces from the likes of BBC London, Big Issue, London World and Charity Today ensured that SportsFun4All had a strong platform to share their story with audiences beyond their immediate community. These conversations raised awareness of the charity’s mission, elevate Kieran’s profile as a leader in the space, and lay the groundwork for future storytelling opportunities.
Founder Kieran Connolly shared:
“The whole process of working with the Ripple team has been seamless, and they have overachieved and doubled our initial target of media coverage. They were attentive and communicated with me regularly throughout the whole process. I recommend them to anyone looking for PR or marketing support”.
